Freshmen who are currently in China
1.Registration Dates：
8:30-11:00；14:00-16:30，September 8th to 10th
Arrival Dates
September 6th-7th
Earlier registration will not be accepted. If you cannot register on time, please contact admission office in advance.
2.Registration Place：
Overseas Education College of Jiangsu University, 2nd floor of PG School.
3.Requirements for freshmen to enter campus during epidemic prevent and control:
(1)Before entering campus, students are required to submit the Application Form for entering campus, the Sukangma苏康码(Green) and the travel history (Green) of the student and his/her roommate to your class teacher and admission office.
(2) According to the university’s epidemic prevention and control rules, students who have fever、cough and other similar symptoms, along with those who are located in or have been to middle or high-risk areas or have a history of traveling outside of China during the past 14 days cannot enter campus currently. Please wait for admission office’s further notification. Students are not allowed to enter to campus if the materials are incomplete, incorrect or false.
4. Application Materials
(1) Original passport, JW201/202 form, admission notice, final transcripts，degree certificates, and all other application materials.
(2) CSC students who finished foundation courses in other universities must bring the study completion certificate issued by CSC.
5. Registration
(1) After entering campus please finish the on-site registration soon. For more detailed information on courses, please wait for further notification.
(2) During the epidemic, students should strictly abide by the school's entry and exit regulations and follow the principle of "leave the campus only when it is really necessary". Please prepare enough daily necessities, protection and sterilization supplies, cash, etc.
6. Those whose JW202 forms are not ready can postpone their registration with the permission of admission office. The registration date will later be informed by admission office.
Students who are currently not in China

2. Arrangements on Online Registration
(1) Please login JSU International Student Service System (application system) to confirm if your email is correct. The contact methods of freshmen’s coordinator will be sent through email. If you fail to receive any email, please contact admission office (applcation@ujs.edu.cn).
(2) Please download the WeChat app (微信）, and join in the class group.
(3) Students shall sign the commitment letter to declare that all the documents submitted for application are authentic and valid and send the photo of commit letter to email application.ujs.edu.cn.

(4) Online courses will be provided for freshmen who are not in China. For more detailed information about online courses, please wait for further notification.
(5）Due to the uncertainty of the pandemic, there is no estimated time to enter China. We will give prompt notification when there is any new update.
(6) We will deliver the hard copies of the admission kits to the enrolled students when the relevant government policies allow. Also, please contact and consult the China embassy/consulate in your country to follow the updated information about visa application.
